In the process of preparing the chowder for shipping we must adjust the volume to ensure the safety and reliability of the product for transit. Each can makes more than 3 quarts of chowder(as the product is condensed, all you need to do is add is 4 cups of 1/2 and 1/2 and 2 cups of heavy cream.

Each full case makes about 4 1/2 gallons of chowder

We'll happily include a greeting card with gift orders, just ask. Feel free to order in multiples, and just advise us of all the shipping addresses. Though paypal does not require it, we require that you include your daytime phone number in the notes field when checking out. As this is a perishable product, we only want the best experience for you. If you would like your order shipped to a different address or addresses, please note so in the Special Instructions to Merchant section of the order review page. It is imperative that if you send a gift order, you notify your recipient to watch for a perishable product delivery. Neither Tony's nor Fedex/Periship can take responsibility if your package is not handled properly when delivered to giftee. Canned chowder will be shipped Fedex Ground or Fedex home delivery, right to your home or place of business. We will ship canned chowder Monday thru Friday of each week with the exception of holiday's. Delivery time depends on the zone you’re having your chowder shipped to:

Florida, 1 day; most of the South, 2 days; Northeast and Midwest, 3 days; Western USA, 4-5 day delivery time. We provide tracking numbers, and you can always call us for more details or information.

Kitchen Chowder shipping is 2nd-Day Delivery *only*, and it ships Monday thru Wednesday only, with a 9AM cutoff on Wednesdays, as this is a highly perishable product that requires great care in shipping. All kitchen chowder orders after 9AM EST on Wednesday will ship out the following Monday. Kitchen chowder packaging is with the highest performance temperature protective packaging available on the market today. Tony's Policy is not to compromise quality and value. Tony's wants you to enjoy our chowder in your home just as much as you do when dining inside our restaurant. Because we are not willing to compromise on quality, at this time we are unable to ship beyond the contiguous lower 48 states. No international shipping, nor any shipping to Hawaii or Alaska.
